Gem is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Implementation Manager to join its Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in implementation, strong project management skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. They will oversee the successful deployment and integration of Gem's platform for new clients, manage cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope, and collaborate directly with customers to help them achieve their business goals.

Requirements
