Psychologist

We are looking for a Psychology Expert to work on AI model performance on psychology problems, with responsibilities including authoring, reviewing, and annotating technical tasks, producing original problem sets, and providing clear feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or MS in Psychology with 3+ years clinical, research, or applied experience
• BA/BS in Psychology with 5+ years applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience
• Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology
• Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
