Delivery Manager | Offshore | India

We are looking for a results-driven IT Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple teams and geographies
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
• Track progress through regular reporting and communication with leadership

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in IT project/delivery management
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification
• Experience managing enterprise-level or client-facing delivery projects
• Background in application development or infrastructure projects
